Information

Orders in the UK are despatched via DPD and Royal Mail (for smaller orders), the deliveries should be next day or within two days for remote locations and outlying Islands.

Please include both your mobile number and FULL postal address for our courier and a safe location for leaving the goods if possible.

You will receive email and mobile alerts on the delivery date and time from both DPD and Royal Mail.

For larger deliveries we will use a pallet service, we will contact you to arrange the delivery which will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days.

Tracking my order

Your order can be tracked online, and you can look for the information in the email that we send you once the order has been despatched.

Currently we only offer a next working day service, we will be looking to add further timed / day options in the New Year, as currently due to courier workloads these are not available at this time.

Some postcodes in Scotland take longer for us to reach and we will let you know if this is the case. UK deliveries that involve a journey across water can take up to two extra days to arrive.

When will I receive my order ?

An order placed before 3pm we will be despatched the same day (unless it requires a pallet delivery ). For smaller orders both DPD and Royal Mail offer next day delivery to the majority of postcodes in mainland UK.

Some postcodes in Scotland take longer for us to reach and UK deliveries that involve a journey across water will take up to two extra days to arrive.

If you order requires a pallet delivery we will make email contact with you to confirm all details  prior to despatch. Orders despatched on a pallet will go by a 2 day service, delivered on a tail lift to your doorstep if possible.

What time of day will my order arrive?

Couriers deliver orders between 8am and 8pm and if you provide your contact telephone number they may send you an SMS (text) message on the day of delivery or provide a time window.

Delayed orders

If your order is placed we should have the item in stock, however if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.

There will be times when the delivery of your order is delayed, this could be due to bad weather, broken down vehicles, traffic and other factors that are out of our control

We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and will do our utmost to keep you aware of when your order will be delivered.

What happens if I am away?

Orders will need to be signed for, and if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to arrange redelivery of your order.

If there is a safe place where the deliver can be left, please detail this on the instructions.
