If you wish to return your order we offer a full refund when you return any unused items, in an unused and resalable condition, in their full original packaging within 28 days.
If you decide to use our courier (DPD or Royal Mail) for the return the cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will process your return within 48 hours of receipt and issue an email confirmation.
Depending on your bank/card issuer it can take around 2-5 days for the money to appear in your bank account and usually 1-3 working days for PayPal refunds.
We cannot refund to a different card to the one you made the original purchase.
We are only able to send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.
Order Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend an order before it has been shipped, please send an email to; sales@osco.com
Please clearly state the order number and what you would like to amend. We are unable to change an order once it has been shipped from our warehouse (usually 3pm)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged / Faulty items
If your item has arrived damaged or in poor condition please take images of the damage and send these to our customer service team by email (sales@osco.com).
We will collect the item on a weekday of your choice and arrange for a replacement (stock permitting) or refund once the item has been returned to us. Please can you securely package the goods.
We offer a 12 month warranty on our products.
